However, in the unlikely event that a product does not meet your expectations, please do contact us to arrange a return and credit.

Please be aware that - should a credit need to be applied - such credit will be for the total sale value of the product - as at the date of the sale - less shipping costs, as these understandably cannot be recovered. 

Please ensure that when purchasing a product, it will be used for the advertised purpose. Naturally Made will not accept returns if the product was incorrectly ordered, or for any other reason other than stated above.
